The room included crisp white bed linen and soft, fluffy towels. there was also plenty of coffee and a variety of tea bags. The pod coffee machine offered various flavored coffees.
The wc was directly in front of the radiator. This made sitting a bit awkward.

admirable stay

patient managerefficient requesttasty foodefficient room change
Amy, the manager, attended to my requests and queries. she arranged the delivery of sandwiches and pastries to the bridal suite. carol ensured efficient room changes, while jackie and her team prepared the new rooms. I appreciate the room being ready before i left for the wedding.
I noticed some prices were a bit higher than expected. It impacted my perception. however, it did not greatly affect the overall experience.
Location
9/10
The location offers convenient access to nearby areas. There are nice houses and streets close to the hotel, though not countryside views. ample free parking ensures ease of access with vehicles. it is a nice area for walking.

breakfast included a delicious, freshly made full english option, with fresh flowers on the table. i dined in the restaurant and found the food to be tasty with efficient staff. the pub downstairs is notable.
Rooms

the double room i occupied had clean furniture and fittings, though it felt small. the room was quiet once i was settled in bed and the air conditioning worked well. the bathroom toiletries felt luxurious.
